Spiral Thigh Lift - Shaping the Edge in Cutting Edge
The Spiral Thigh Lift is not a procedure you may have heard of, and the reason for that is because it is new and specially brought to you by Dr. Siamak Agha. This procedure is not just a standard thigh lift but a novel approach to thigh elevation and reduction. When performed together with a lower body lift, it completely transforms a figure into that sought after hourglass shape. It is named “Spiral” due to the spiral shaped incision that is made. Dr. Agha craft-fully places these incisions so that they are undetectable under clothing.

Together with Dr. Agha’s signature High-definition Body Lift, the Spiral thigh lift transforms the lower body by removing the skin laxity, improving the contour of thighs circumferentially, lifting the buttocks, and tightening the lower back and abdomen. Unlike a standard thigh lift, the “Spiral” technique allows for the back, front, and inner aspects of the thigh to be fully elevated. The procedure also reduces the width of the thigh by removing excess upper thigh tissue.
Dr. Agha has recently completed a book chapter on this procedure in "*The Encyclopedia of Body Contouring After Massive Weight Loss” *plastic surgery textbook, set to be released in 2010.
