 This patient presented to Dr. Agha with one cup size difference between her breasts. Although the breast shape and form are symmetrical, she displays asymmetry in breast volume. She will benefit from augmentation of the right breast, with or without a breast lift.

Before

 This patient presented to Dr. Agha with asymmetry of her breast shape and wished to undergo breast augmentation. Although her breast volumes are relatively symmetrical, her breasts are asymmetrical in shape, position, diameter of nipple-areola complexes, and location of the inframammary folds. She will benefit from augmentation of both breasts, lowering of the left inframammary fold, and elevation of the left nipple-areola.

She has significant under-development of the right breast, asymmetric nipple-areola positions, and inframammary fold positions. She will benefit from augmentation of the right breast or both breasts with implants of different volumes. She will also need lowering of the right inframammary fold and correction of left nipple-areola position.
